What we collect

If you fill in the quote form, we receive whatever you type into it: your name, email, phone number, location, and the details about your beds and tractor. We use that to answer you and to work out how to configure a machine for you. Nothing more.

If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up the conversation later — particularly useful years down the line when you need a part.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages people actually read, so we know what to write more of. It does not follow you across other websites, does not build a profile of you, and does not require a cookie banner because it does not set tracking cookies.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Ever.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels.

Where your details go

Quote form submissions are delivered to us by our website host and land in Doug’s email. The site itself is served as static files — there is no customer database sitting on a web server waiting to be breached.

Getting your information removed

Email doug@velocityfarmequipment.com or call 519-379-6210 and ask. We will delete what we hold on you and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. It is short on purpose, so it should be easy to see what changed.
